Delete Your Account In The App
- Open the MyBentox app.
- Go to the Profile screen.
- Select Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion prompts.
- If requested, sign in again and repeat the delete action.
For security reasons, Firebase Authentication may require a recent sign-in before account deletion can be completed.
What Data Is Deleted
When account deletion is completed, MyBentox deletes the Firebase Authentication user and the app data associated with that user, including:
- User profile and onboarding data
- Goal, activity, diet, and preference data
- Meal logs and nutrition records
- Water, weight, scan history, and activity logs
- Saved recipes, recipe views, and custom recipes
- Known meal photos and profile photos stored in Firebase Storage
- Push notification tokens associated with the user account, where stored under the user record
What May Be Retained
Some limited records may be retained if required for legal, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, dispute, or platform compliance purposes.
Subscription records are managed by Google Play, Apple, and RevenueCat. Deleting your MyBentox account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription. You should also manage or cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store.

If you cannot access the app or need help with deletion, contact info@mybentox.com. Please include the email address used for your MyBentox account. We may ask for additional verification before processing deletion support requests.
Expected Processing Time
In-app deletion is processed immediately when the authenticated deletion flow succeeds. Support-assisted deletion requests are reviewed as soon as practical and typically completed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or platform compliance obligations.
