By using MyBentox, you agree to these Terms of Use and the MyBentox Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. App Purpose
MyBentox helps users track meals, calories, nutrition goals, water intake, steps, recipes, reminders, and related wellness information. Some features use AI-based food analysis and subscription-based access controls.
3. No Medical Advice
MyBentox does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition estimates, AI analysis, recommendations, and progress insights are informational only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical, diet, fitness, or weight-management decisions.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining access to your account. You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with app services.
5. Photos and User Content
You are responsible for photos, meal entries, recipes, and other content you submit. You must have the right to submit any content you upload.
6. Subscriptions
Premium features may require a paid subscription. Purchases and cancellations are handled through the relevant app store and RevenueCat. Subscription terms, renewal, billing, cancellation, and refund handling may depend on Google Play or Apple App Store rules.
Deleting your MyBentox account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
7. AI and Nutrition Accuracy
AI food recognition and nutrition estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. You should review and correct meal analysis results before saving them.
8. Account Deletion
You may delete your account in the app from the Profile screen. Account deletion details are available at https://calories-app-185b6.web.app/account-deletion.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of MyBentox after updates means you accept the updated terms.
